Daveworks Inc. landing pages typically rank organically on Google Page One quickly, however sometimes it can take a while. If some of our landing pages don’t rank, you don’t pay us the monthly rental / maintenance fees for those specific pages for that month.

1) Comprehensive Analysis
First, we conduct a very thorough and comprehensive analysis of exactly what services you’re offering as well as your top service areas. Then we perform an SEO audit to check your current optimization. We also look at your existing search results as well as what our competitors are doing. From this, we can derive an informed list of keywords and key phrases we should target.
2) Locales and Keyword Research
Researching these locations, keywords, and phrases allows us to generate valid data, which in turn provides the metrics needed to drive your business online to the top of Google searches. These newly created resulting locations and key phrases are then carefully and correctly coded into your existing pages along with our newly created landing pages by our highly skilled developers.

IMPORTANT: Since we’re firm believers in being ethical and transparent, we feel it’s important that you understand exactly how this all works.
Process:
To be clear, we take the look and feel of your existing website, combine our highly optimized, encrypted code to create our powerful, local, stand-alone landing pages, which exist outside of your current website. We upload these files up to your webhost’s server(s), then we get right to the hard work of ranking them on Google. As stated above, each and every key phrase requires a separate page. Exa: “Divorce Lawyer in Berkeley” = 1 page. You just tell us the exact product(s) or service(s) you offer and the locations (cities, counties, states) you’d like us to try and rank, and we will build a separate page for each of those combinations (product or service + location), then work like crazy to rank the page(s) organically on Page One of Google.
How we charge:
One-time set up fee + monthly subscription/license fees
Setup: We charge a one-time set up fee to create/code into our stand-alone, detailed page framework, based on your website’s look and feel. (price varies based on complexity)
Monthly subscription: We then build out each page and charge a per page / per month service fee to maintain these pages. Again, our guarantee is that you only pay for pages that rank organically on page one of Google, which is thoroughly tracked within *your Google Analytics Account. You will know the per page price up front before the project begins. If your company requires and you’re interested in having us create and maintain a large number of local landing pages, we also offer a “per location” subscription, which offers a substantial discount from our per page/per month rates. Ownership of Landing Pages:
While some of the textual and visual assets used to create our pages will come from your existing website, these separate landing pages remain the sole property of Daveworks Inc. (because our sophisticated/ proprietary software is embedded within each page, and we’re not selling this particular code, only licensing it month to month via our subscription service) By subscribing to our Local Landing Page Service, we will continue to maintain our files/pages in an effort to get your company found on page one of Google (organically) thereby getting new customers to contact you.
Monthly Subscription / Billing / Cancellation
Similar to web hosting or cellular phone service subscriptions and billing plans, our subscription service is billed month to month, with no long-term commitment on your part. You may cancel at any time, by contacting us here. Just let us know that you’d like to cancel our service, and we will promptly remove our encrypted files from your webhost’s server(s) and Google will then remove these pages from their index. But why would you want to do that? Our landing pages will be found on page one of Google and we’ll be pushing customers your way… affordably! ;^ )
