Not a really well known tool, but *may* be handy for some folks…
If you want a copy of essentially everything your ever done, Facebook gives you the ability to download a browseable zip file.
This tool lets you download a copy of your information, including your:
- Photos
- Videos
- Posts on your wall
- All of your messages
- Your friend list
- Other content you have shared on your profile.
Be careful!
The info within the file contains your private/sensitive information, so keep it safe and don’t store it or upload it anywhere that’s not secure.
How
Log in > Account Settings Panel > “Learn more” (next to download your information)
That’s it… now go be social!
